Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains how cancelling and refunds work for the AlbumX licence.

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you set up auto-pay during the trial, the first payment is taken only when the trial ends.

Paid licence

The licence is taken automatically through Razorpay (UPI AutoPay or card) after you approve it once.

How to cancel

• Sign in, open Billing, and choose Cancel auto-pay. You can do this at any time.
• Cancelling stops future payments. Your licence stays valid until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If you cannot cancel, write to satishmybusiness@gmail.com from your account email and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds

• Payments are not refunded for a period that has already started, because the licence is available to you for the whole period. Cancel before the next payment date to avoid being charged again.
• If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, write to us within 7 days and we will refund the amount.
• When you set up auto-pay, Razorpay may charge a small refundable amount (for example ₹5) to confirm your payment method. It is refunded to you automatically.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and normally reach you in 5 to 7 working days.
