This policy explains what information AlbumX collects, why, and the choices you have. AlbumX is a product of Basebit, which is part of GAASAA. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean GAASAA, including its business Basebit.
Information we collect
- Your account: your name, username, email address, and a password (stored only in scrambled form).
- Licence information: your plan status, trial and renewal dates, and the devices that signed in (a device name you or the app provides, the system it runs on such as Windows, the app version, and the time it was last used).
- Payments: payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card number or UPI PIN. We receive confirmation of each payment, its amount and a subscription reference.
- Technical data: cookies that keep you signed in on the website.
We do not receive your photos. The Album Selection apps work with files on your own devices. Your customers do not create accounts with us.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, check your licence and show your billing status.
- To send emails you ask for, such as the 6-digit code that confirms your email address or resets your password.
- To take payments, keep your subscription up to date and give support.
- To keep the service safe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use trusted providers to run the service: Hostinger (hosting and email) and Razorpay (payments). They only receive what they need for their part of the job. We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account we will remove your data, except records we must keep for payment and legal reasons.
Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS), store passwords in scrambled form and limit who can see your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by writing to satishmybusiness@gmail.com. You can also block cookies in your browser, but sign-in on the website will then not work.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
